The Black Berlin Biennale for Contemporary Art & Discourse ‘22 has a new satellite: BRAZANI.berlin presents the exhibition POLITICAL POETRY POWER in the anti-colonial project and exhibition space SPREEUFER opposite the Humboldt Forum. It pays tribute to the literary heritage of authors such as Fasia Jansen, Gaston Bart-Williams and Ika Hügel-Marshall and presents poems by writers and thinkers working in Berlin on the border of a place that is significantly marked by white dominance, the new Kaiserschloss. There, on 16 September 2022, the Humboldt Forum will open its colonial ethnographic show on Africa and the so-called Americas.
